I want to create a space where you can be yourself — without pressure or judgment. In the sessions, we can work together to explore the topics that matter most in your life.

It might be that you want to use therapy to start to make changes to your life, to find more satisfaction with the life that you are living, or to let go of something from your past that doesn’t serve you anymore. Our conversations are focused on the past, present and future, building a jigsaw of what you know about yourself and what you want life to be like.
