If you’re looking for a space where you can simply be yourself — without fear of judgement — I’d love to help.

Everyone’s circumstances and comfort levels are different, which is why I offer counselling in a way that works best for you.  You can choose to meet face-to-face or connect online from the comfort of your own space. Whichever you choose, you’ll receive the same level of care, warmth, and professionalism.  Each session is a safe, non-judgemental space where we work together — relationally, creatively, and integratively — to help you understand yourself, process what’s been difficult, and move forward in a way that feels authentic and empowering.

Children's Counselling 

Growing up can be tough — children and young people often face challenges that can feel confusing or overwhelming.

I have experience supporting young people to understand and express their feelings in ways that feel safe and manageable.

Through a person-centred and pluralistic approach, sessions are tailored to each young person’s age, needs, and personality.

 

This may include creative techniques, talking therapy, or activities that help them feel comfortable and understood.

Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, friendships, or life changes, my therapy offers them a supportive space to make sense of what’s going on and build confidence in themselves.

Adult Counselling 

Life can be complicated — sometimes we find ourselves feeling stuck, lost, or overwhelmed, without quite knowing why.

I provide a calm, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace.

Working from a person-centred and pluralistic perspective, I’ll support you to understand your experiences and discover tools and perspectives that empower you to move forward.

Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, low self-esteem, or simply a sense that something needs to change, together we can work towards clarity, self-compassion, and growth.

  • Location: Sessions take place in a quiet, comfortable, and private setting designed to help you feel safe and at ease.

  • Initial Session: We’ll begin with an introductory session to talk about what brings you to counselling, answer any questions, and explore how we might work together.

  • Session Length: Each session lasts around 50 minutes and takes place weekly (or at an agreed frequency) to provide consistency and stability.

  • Creative Options: If you prefer, sessions can include creative or reflective techniques — such as drawing, imagery, or practical tools — to help you express and explore emotions in different ways.

  • Confidentiality: Everything shared remains confidential and handled with the highest ethical standards, in line with the BACP and BPS codes of practice.

Online Therapy

If getting to face-to-face sessions isn’t possible, online counselling offers a flexible and equally supportive alternative.

Many clients find it just as effective — and often more convenient — to access therapy from their own private space.
 
Sessions are delivered securely, with the same warmth, care, and confidentiality as in-person meetings.

We’ll work together using a person-centred and pluralistic approach, focusing on what’s most important to you and adjusting our work to meet your goals.
 
Whether you’re at home, studying, or balancing a busy life, online therapy can be a powerful way to access support that truly fits your lifestyle.

  • Platform: Sessions take place via a secure, encrypted video platform to ensure your privacy and confidentiality at all times.

  • Setting Up: Before we begin, we’ll arrange an initial consultation to discuss what’s bringing you to counselling and how I can best support you. I’ll send clear instructions to help you connect easily.

  • Environment: It helps to find a quiet, private space where you can feel comfortable and won’t be disturbed during your session.

  • Session Length: Each session lasts around 50 minutes and follows the same structure and professionalism as in-person therapy.

  • Confidentiality: Everything we discuss remains strictly confidential, in line with the ethical standards of the BACP and BPS.
